Megan Miller is a service and experience designer for Stanford University’s central IT organization, where she works to design seamless and quality customer experiences for clients across the university. Through her work, she is building momentum around service design, and has co-founded a community of practice for service design at Stanford. Megan is a leader in the Stanford design community, inspiring colleagues to embrace true end-to-end thinking in a higher ed context.

Megan has a broad range of design experience, including brand, identity, visual, user experience, product, and service design. She is passionate about building practice, and is deeply involved in developing methods, frameworks, and principles to bring Stanford University IT into a new era of service design thinking to better serve both her customers and her organization. An evangelist of conscious experience design, Megan presents and leads workshops to raise awareness and capacity for design thinking in the campus community.

Megan is a Northern California native, a musician, an artist, and a web design geek at heart. She daydreams about backpacking and outer space, and above all else loves experiencing the world with her toddler and loving husband.
